Keystone XL Pipeline getting new life in new session

UTICA, N.Y.-- A pipeline from Canada to the Gulf of Mexico has been batted around Congress for years, but it could be coming around for a new push in a new session.

Representative Richard Hanna was appointed as Vice Chair to the house subcommittee responsible for transporting hazardous materials this week.

He says he has no doubt the Keystone XL pipeline will come back into play early this year.
